By using UPBIP ("the Service") at upbip.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UPBIP provides tools for processing files including PDFs, images, video, audio, and business documents. Tools operate in your browser and on the UPBIP app. Optional Google Drive integration allows importing and exporting files.

3. Use of the Service

• You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• You must not use the Service to process illegal content
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
• You are responsible for the files you process using our tools

4. Intellectual Property

Files you process remain yours. UPBIP claims no ownership over files you upload or the output files generated by our tools. The UPBIP platform, branding, and code are owned by UPBIP and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free or available at all times. Always keep backups of important files.

6. Limitation of Liability

UPBIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
